Family Fun

by Bill Sapsford
The challenge to our members on this occasion was to write a poem containing 10 randomly chosen words. The words were as follows:
Google, Anagram, Difficult,  Patience, Remember, Weather, Bicycle,  Small, Hesitation, Question
but not necessarily in that order.

Google, Google, Google, that's all I seem to do
My family want a holiday, the question is, where to?
It's difficult with small children and the wife gets in a state
I must curb my patience and try not to hesitate

I remember the days when our weather was good
We'd all take our bicycles down to the wood
Loaded with goodies and kiddies treats
And towels to wash their muddy feet
We'd picnic at a pub called "The Old Village Ram"
While Dad tries to solve a difficult anagram
